Are you highly organised with technical experience in yachting?  If you are, we may have the job for you. 

We are searching for a new team member to co-ordinate the operations side of our racing yacht management business. Applicants must have a strong technical background in (racing) yacht operations.

Key responsibilities are to oversee the technical elements of the yachts under our management, ensuring adherence to our standard operating procedures to facilitate the correct maintenance and readiness of the boats and crew.

This role will include planning and administration of the following: refits, team training periods, race boat deliveries, race support, scheduling, support of marketing and sponsor activities and management of technical staff and crew.

Experience:
* Strong proven technical experience in a yachting position, including mechanical, electrical and rigging understanding

* Budgetary and logistic planning and co-ordination

* Demonstrating of hitting key deadlines, on time and on budget 

* Tracking and monitoring of multiple tasks and contractors 

Essential - right to live and work in the UK, fluent English.
