PIPELINE GRINDING AT 12-15 FEET FOR DAY 1 OF VOLCOM
Pipeline, North Shore, Oahu, HI -  - Broken boards, spitting barrels, helacious wipeouts, memorable rides - expect it all because Pipeline is awake today and the Volcom Pipeline Pro hits the start button at 8:30am.

Waves peaked at over 20-foot Hawaiian scale in the wee hours of this-morning, washing across Kamehameha Highway and running up into beachfront properties. Wave face heights at select spots measured in excess of 40 feet. This-morning it is settling into a beautiful groove as the offshores return and waves are peaking from Pipeline's second reef.
