Pelle P and Alinghi are pleased to announce that they have entered into a collaborative partnership. The agreement covers a first period of minimum three years.
As official supplier to the team, Pelle P will provide Alinghi with sailing and leisure wear and will be in charge of producing a replica range of Alinghi merchandising products.
Yves Detrey, Alinghi’s bowman:
”When Pelle P approached us to become our official supplier, we were immediately attracted to their classy, high-quality clothing designs. More than that, the level of technical performance they provide matches completely with our needs both on board and on shore. As we share the same values of excellence and a commitment to continuous improvement, we are delighted to start wearing Pelle P’s clothes and to work side-by-side with their team on their product development.”
Cecilia Petterson, CEO Pelle P:
”We are extremely proud to announce our partnership with Alinghi, a professional sailing team operating at the highest level. Alinghi’s long list of accomplishments are crowned by its wins in the America’s Cup, first in 2003 and then with their successful defence in 2007. Our collaboration will allow us to continue our development of technical sailing clothes for the most demanding environments.”
